Telos gateway packages

Signed telos-gateway packages for Debian/Ubuntu and RHEL-family hosts. Both repositories are served from this host and signed with the same archive key.

Debian / Ubuntu

Upgrading

Packages upgrade with the normal system tooling (apt upgrade, dnf upgrade). The repository keeps the current and the two previous versions, so a rollback is one command:
